Our Food Technology Centre in Glasgow provides the hub for
quality, food hygiene, safety and technical excellence right across
our organisation.
The team is led by Ricardo Rocha our Head of
Technical and is committed to outstanding levels of quality in
the UK and overseas.
Not only does the centre provide all the internal expertise,
quality control and supplier due diligence, it also plays a key
part in servicing the needs of our customers.
The team works closely with our UK
factories, helping them maintain the current excellent
levels of accreditation.
Our food technology team pays regular visits to our overseas
partner factories, working closely with them to ensure the very
highest standards are maintained. They are also responsible
for carrying out due diligence requirements on all goods arriving
in the UK, to ensure that all imports are compliant with UK food
safety regulations.
