Developed over 900 years ago, Surimi is Japanese for minced
fish, which is exactly what it is.
Highly nutritional and with less than 1% fat content, our
production process starts with only the freshest, lean,
white-fleshed fish. The preparation of surimi involves
rinsing, seasoning and mincing the fish to create a paste which is
then flavoured, formed and cut to imitate a whole array of
shellfish products.
