Party Seafood

From our range of partner factories in Vietnam and Thailand, we have a wide range of bite-sized seafood food available, including our award-winning tempura prawns, shrimp fritters, torpedo prawns, nests, rolls etc. These can all be supplied with or without various accompanying dips.

Fried and Steamed Party Foods

The workforce at our factories have the most amazing dexterity and therefore the ability to create some of the most eye-catching party foods around, from net rolls, potato baskets, dim sum and much more they look and taste incredible.

Gyozas

Affectionately referred to as Japanese Potstickers, our Gyozas are very moreish.

Surimi

Created by Japanese chefs in the 12^th Century as a means of preserving the fishing catch, Surimi was further developed in the 1960’s stabilising the product and, by freezing, preserving the shelf life even longer. Often under-rated and sometimes referred to as ‘imitation’ seafood our surimi is fully MSC certified and is available in retail ‘stick’ format or salad flake.

Sushi

A high percentage of sushi in Japan is actually frozen so this makes perfect sense. Quality is not compromised and the variety and convenience is outstanding.

Having deserts in the Far East is a little unusual, however, from Mochi to Mango Spring Rolls we offer a selection of the best.

Ocean flakes

Ever increasing in demand, crab flavour ocean flakes are widely used as a main ingredient in the sandwich industry. Cost effective and healthy, our ocean flakes are available in a variety of styles, including salad, shredded, chunks and bites.

King prawn flavour tails

Our ready to eat king prawn flavour tails offer great value for money and an alternative option to the real prawn. As well as being eaten cold, our tails can be used in a stir fry to create an authentic oriental dish.

Lobster Flavoured Tails

This ready to eat product offers caterers a low cost, innovative addition to a cold lunch buffet and a great addition to a seafood platter. With good visual appeal, our lobster tails provide a nutritional and low fat addition to any seafood menu.

Breaded Crab Flavour claws

Our luxury surimi crab claws are carefully coated in breadcrumbs and presented with an authentic real crab claw for easy handling. The texture of the surimi content has been specially selected to meet the demands of discerning caterers and retailers who purchase this particular product.

Our exciting mixed platter of surimi products is a first in the UK retail market and is already proving a popular addition to our range.
A combination of four seafood snacks are presented in a unique party style tray accompanied by a sweet chilli dip. 400g pack. Defrost and serve – it’s as easy as that!
