Wok Ready Noodles

Can be either wheat or rice based cooked noodles in a vacuum bag – no hydration is necessary simply heat in a wok or plunge into hot water. These are ideal for the busy household or in a restaurant environment.

They can be produced as Thick Udon (not rice), Medium, Ribbon or Fine. There is also an option for Wholewheat and flavoured.

In addition to the normal vacuum pack we can create a boxed noodle snack which would include the portioned packed noodle plus a tasty sauce – ready to be heated in the microwave.
